You will start your evening with a specialty cocktail, followed by seven courses taking you through a kaleidoscope of Indian flavours, aromas and food storytelling. Throughout the evening, Chef Binod will captivate you not only with unique delicacies, but also with his distinctive panache for narrating the history of these dishes, richly soaked in the culture and cuisine of the Indian towns they originate from.  Each course will be served with paired wines or liqueurs.

About our Chef:
With over 26 years of global culinary experience, Chef Binod is a 2024 Gold Medalist and Ambassador for the Taste of Global Gastronomy. His expertise includes crafting menus for over 81 airlines including British Airways and Emirates Airlines where he designed impressive dining experiences for events like the FIFA World Cup 2022 and UEFA Champions League Finals. He is the recent recipient of the Lifetime Achievement Award at the Asian Curry Awards 2024. His culinary mission has always been to bring the true flavours of India from farm to plate, using wholesome ingredients with authentic techniques.
